Landlords have specific legal requirements to their tenants under the gas safety (installation and use) regulations 1998 and the electricity at work regulations 1989(to maintain systems and prevent danger arising).

We offer a 24Hr Emergency call out service to the local areas for very competitive rates.

We can offer you a full and complete landlords gas inspection on your gas appliances and pipe work. Issuing a landlords gas certificate under the requirements of the 1998 regulations.

We are also able to carry out a periodic electrical inspection and testing to the property and issue the appropriate certificates.

We aim to carry out all work whether it a small leak, to a comprehensive installation with minimal disruption at a time that is convenient to you, your tenant and ourselves. All our engineers will tidy up after the work is complete leaving the house has they found it.

All work is finished to the highest standards with a minimum of 12 months guarantee, and all work that requires registering will be registered with appropriate legal governing bodies, the building inspector and the manufactures.
